I try to be available to speak to clients between 9.30-10.00am Monday - Friday, but this is not always possible due to my workload - please don't phone repeatedly or leave numerous messages - as it breaks my concentration when I'm connected with an animal loved one. Messages can be left between 10.00am - 6pm weekdays only. I will return messages between communications / consultations. Please clearly leave your name & number (preferably landline) including dialling code.
